The Claw House

Design for a new 3-floor construction in Marousi, Athens. The plot faces a small pedestrian street. Therefore, we wanted to create a visually friendly volume, with smooth curves, earthy colors and textured materials, integrated into the environment. The concept of the claw-shaped partitions dividing the balconies into smaller private areas, creates visually interesting and playful facades. The building consists of a maisonette of 200 sqm with a private garden space and a flat of 100 sqm, with an inclined roof.
